Thank you so much for your continued prayers and support for our mission trip to Guatemala. We wanted to share a recap from our last day before we head home and let you know how deeply grateful we are for the role you play in all of this.
Today was full and meaningful. We had the privilege of visiting two families whose homes we helped build. We were able to spend time with them, hear their stories, and pray over their families and new homes. It was a powerful reminder that these houses are more than structures—they are places of safety, hope, and new beginnings.
We also visited Valle de Vida ministry, led by Argenis and Magda. Their leadership and hearts for the community are inspiring. While there, we helped feed the children, played games with them, and did crafts together. The joy, laughter, and connection made it a highlight of the day. We also had the opportunity to visit a local school and see firsthand how the ministry is impacting children through education and care.
Later in the day, we visited the Santo Domingo Xanecoj town square, enjoyed some ice cream together, and took time to reflect on all that God is doing here. In the evening, we began packing as we prepared for our trip home.
Thank you again for your prayers, encouragement, and generosity. We truly could not be here without you, and we are excited to continue sharing how God is moving through this experience when we get home.
With gratitude and love,
Gary and Esther
